We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in designing and executing high-quality projects in Hospitals, Hospitality, Educational Institutions, and Premium Residences.
· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
· Developing detailed designs for facilities, including structural components, site layouts, and utilities.
· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to deliver functional and efficient spaces.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage design timelines.
· Monitoring project progress and ensuring it stays on schedule.
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
· Proven experience in hospital, hospitality, education, or high-end residential projects.
· Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
· Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
· Proven experience in construction project management will be added advantage.

Pondicherry or Coimbatore (preferred)
