The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development work for the Human Resource Data Warehouse(HRDW) Technology area. This will involve working closely with the business and SMEs to prioritize business requests, manage the ETL development work slate, provide estimate efforts, and ensure timely delivery on committed items and to project manage all aspects of software development according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

To Enable Citi Human Resource system for Reporting and integrate with advance analytic tools, dynamic information and other online
Services that citi uses today, reduce Manual reporting and FTE costs and improve performance.
Leveraging Citigroup's proprietary network, Reporting capabilities taps into the
Industry’s most comprehensive data warehouse, providing aggregated committed counts, Information and market intelligence from around the globe. Foundational Data and Analytics platform with all reportable data in a single space, and it Enables the Self-service capabilities and self-service reports for Citi’s roughly 40,000 people Managers, it also aimed to reduce the sustained high resource cost which produces 1200 custom reports per a month, all these reports are automated with citi internal portals.
