Junior Accounts Executive to support our accounting and finance operations.- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and data entry in Tally or other accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
- Maintain petty cash records and bank reconciliations.
- Support in GST filings, TDS calculations, and monthly returns.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining ledgers.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely payments and documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or similar).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in an accounting or finance role will be an advantage.
