1.
Relationship Management- Serve as the main point of contact for partner organizations.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships.
- Understand partner goals and align them with company objectives.

Onboarding & Enablement- Guide new partners through the onboarding process.
- Provide training, tools, and resources to help partners succeed.
3.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting- Track KPIs such as partner revenue contribution, engagement, and retention.
- Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
4.
Collaboration & Strategy- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and legal teams.
- Help co-create go-to-market strategies or joint campaigns.
5.
Problem Solving & Optimization- Address partner concerns and resolve issues proactively.
- Identify areas for improvement in the partnership program.
6.
Contract Management- Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements and renewals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
