Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who has sound knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and can handle accounting tasks up to finalization. The candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP 9, and familiar with e-way bill generation and GST return filing
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of TDS returns
Generate and manage e-way bills for goods movement
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of financial statements up to finalization
Maintain books of accounts and ledger scrutiny
Coordinate with auditors for audits and compliance
Prepare reports related to payable, receivable, and cash flow
Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and e-way bill portal
Experience in finalization of accounts
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and reporting skills
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
