The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
· Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, vouchers, reconciliations).
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
· Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance filings.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
· Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses.
· Support in internal and external audits.
· Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
· Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
· Familiarity with Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
· Good understanding of MS Excel and reporting tools.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Experience in handling accounts in a corporate.
· Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance is a plus).
