We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reports. The role involves supervising junior accounting staff, overseeing day-to-day accounts operations, and supporting strategic decision-making through precise financial insights.- Maintain and oversee all accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
