- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, statements, and reports.
- Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flows.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation or pursuing is a plus).
- Proven work experience as an Accountant (preferably in tax/accounting firms).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
