We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant to join our rice mill operations. The role requires expertise in managing financial transactions, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in GST, TDS, and industry-specific accounting practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial controls.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Maintain vendor, supplier, and client account records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the agro/rice mill/food processing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Prior experience in agro or rice mill industry is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
