Big Block Ice Company is a Hyderabad-based
startup manufacturing premium clear cocktail ice for bars, hotels, and select retail. We’re starting operations soon from our Muchintal production facility and are building a small, disciplined team focused on accuracy, neat documentation, and on-time deliveries.What you’ll do (day-to-day)
- Create Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, Credit Notes (Zoho Books/Tally).
- Maintain AR/AP: statements, payment follow-ups, TDS entries, receipts posting.
- Bank & gateway reconciliations (Instamart/Zepto payouts), petty cash control.
- Prepare GST workings (GSTR-1/3B) and coordinate with our CA for filings.
- Inventory admin for packaging (boxes/bags), prepare POs & GRNs, basic stock counts.
- Maintain compliance files: FSSAI, GST, insurance, AMC schedules, vehicle papers.
- Support operations: route packs, POD collection, courier runs, simple MIS reports.
You’re a great fit if you have
- Fresher: B.Com/M.Com/BBM/BBA with solid Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot).
- Experienced: 1–3 yrs in accounting/admin; strong Zoho Books or Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST & TDS (sales/purchase, ITC, RCM).
- Organized, detail-oriented; good spoken/written English (Telugu/Hindi a plus).
- Comfortable shuttling to the warehouse in Muchintal when needed (1–2×/week).
Nice-to-have
- FMCG or HoReCa exposure, e-invoicing familiarity, Zoho Inventory.
- Costing basics (per-unit cost sheets).

Work schedule & location
- Office: Private cabin at WeWork Rajapushpa Summit in the Financial District; occasionally Muchintal warehouse.
- Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday–Saturday (flex on dispatch/filing days).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
