- Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support audits and financial analysis as needed.
- Use accounting software proficiently (such as Tally, or Excel).
- Organize and coordinate sports events, competitions, and training sessions.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of sports equipment and supplies.
- Promote employee engagement in sports activities and healthy living initiatives.
- Liaise with sports clubs, vendors, or external sporting bodies.
- Manage sports facility maintenance or bookings if applicable.
- Support wellness programs and encourage team participation in fitness activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in accounting roles.
- Passion for sports and experience in organizing or managing sports activities.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse roles.
