We are looking for a detail-oriented
Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team at Redwood High International School. The ideal candidate should possess 1–2 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of basic accounting functions, and hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software.- Maintain computerized books of accounts using Tally
- Prepare and reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Support payroll processing by collecting salary and attendance data
- Manage petty cash records and reimbursement processes
- Handle employee reimbursements and investment declarations
- Prepare and submit payment vouchers
- Bank tracing of fees and income; assist in safe banking procedures
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements periodically
- Calculate and file PF, ESIC, Professional Tax challans
- File quarterly returns and assist in tax assessments
- Manage TDS deductions and return filings
- Upload bank statements and PF challans for online processing
- Assist in audits, MIS reports, and data compilation
- Fulfill additional accounting duties as required
- Bachelor�s degree in Commerce (Master�s degree is a plus)
- 1�2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office tools
- Sound knowledge of statutory tax and payroll compliance
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills
- Male candidates preferred
