We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant to oversee and manage our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. They will play a key role in maintaining financial health, streamlining processes, and supporting management with accurate data for decision-making.- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT).
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor cash flows, budgets, and forecasts to ensure business sustainability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Support expansion projects with cost analysis and feasibility reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
- Bachelor�s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CMA preferred).
- Minimum 5�7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare, multi-branch, or service-oriented sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
