Accounts Executive / Accounts Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive / Accounts Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related functions.


The selected candidate will be on refrainership and based on performance, may be considered for full-time payroll employment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


ï‚· Handle daily accounting entries including vouchers, bills, and journal entries


ï‚· Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management


ï‚· Maintain and update financial records in accounting software


ï‚· Support audits by providing required documentation and clarifications


ï‚· Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions


ï‚· Generate and send invoices, track collections, and issue receipts


ï‚· Collaborate with senior accountants or finance managers on complex tasks


ï‚· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity


ï‚· Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations


ï‚· Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents


ï‚· Handle data entry and maintain accurate
