About Us:

ARMO Project Solutions LLP is a well-established mid-sized trading company located in Thane. We specialize in MEP Material Supply. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

â â Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.

â â Prepare and file TDS and GST periodical returns in compliance with tax regulations.

â â Assist in accounts finalization and resolve audit queries efficiently.

â â Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, vendor management, and general office upkeep.

â â Utilize cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks) for efficient record-keeping and reporting.

â â Provide support to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

â â Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

â â 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.

â â Sound knowledge of accountancy principles, and direct and indirect taxation.

â â Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and My Bill Book.

â â Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

â â Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

â â Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

â â Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From â‚¹20,000.00 per month
