The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and streamlining administrative processes and support services to ensure smooth operations within the school. This role acts as a liaison between different departments and plays a key role in maintaining documentation, communication, and compliance with institutional policies.


Key Responsibilities: Office Coordination & Administration


  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
  • Maintain staff attendance and leave records in coordination with HR.
  • Coordinate logistics for school meetings, events, and official visits.
  • Ensure office supplies and materials are adequately stocked and managed.


Facility & Vendor Management


  • Coordinate with admission housekeeping, transport, security, and maintenance teams for upkeep of the campus.
  • Support procurement processes and vendor coordination in consultation with the Admin Head.
  • Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor performance.


Compliance & Policy Adherence


  • Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards, and administrative protocols.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring administrative SOPs.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
