Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration cum Accountant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks while managing accounting and financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Handle vendor management, procurement, and office supplies.
Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Accounting Duties:
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2–3 years) in administration and accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office/Accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
