  • Office Supplies Management: Ensuring adequate stock of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, and placing orders as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment.
  • Document Preparation: Creating and editing documents like memos, reports, and presentations.
