Admission Counsellor
Location: Work from Office – Sector 2, Noida
Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per Month + Incentives

We are looking for experienced Admission Counsellor with a strong background in psychology program sales who can drive admissions and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students on psychology and related UG/PG programs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admissions closure.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with students and provide continuous support.
Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve student acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in psychology program/course sales (mandatory).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong counseling ability with a student-first approach.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
Goal-driven and motivated to work in a target-oriented environment.
