- Recruit, train, and develop individual insurance agents (advisors).
- Motivate agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Support agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Drive sales through the agent network for life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
- Monitor and review agent performance regularly.
