Key Responsibilities:
Android App Development:
ï‚· Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Java
(preferred) and Kotlin.
ï‚· Implement MVVM architecture and best coding practices for scalable and
maintainable applications.
Database Management:
ï‚· Work with Room Database for efficient local storage and caching.
ï‚· Integrate with NoSQL databases like Firebase Firestore for real-time data
synchronization.
API & Network Handling:
ï‚· Consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and
back-end services.
ï‚· Handle network calls efficiently using Retrofit, Volley, and OkHttp.
Performance Optimization:
ï‚· Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
ï‚· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve app crashes, ANRs, and performance
bottlenecks.
Firebase & Cloud Integration:
ï‚· Implement Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications (FCM),
Analytics, and Remote Config.
ï‚· Utilize Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Services where required.
UI/UX & Material Design:
ï‚· Develop user-friendly interfaces following Material Design guidelines.
ï‚· Implement smooth animations and UI transitions for an enhanced user
experience.
Security & Best Practices:
ï‚· Ensure app security, data encryption, and secure API calls.
ï‚· Manage authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and Firebase
Auth.
Version Control & Deployment:
ï‚· Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaboration.
ï‚· Handle Play Store deployment, versioning, and release management.
Continuous Learning & Research-Oriented Work:
ï‚· Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments with evolving project
requirements.
ï‚· Conduct research and experimentation to develop innovative solutions.
ï‚· Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best
practices.
ï‚· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problemsolving.
