Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Asset Management, Customer Service Management, Customer Service Operations. -Must have experience in finance and banking domain - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to lead and mentor team members in best practices. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
