Your role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of application projects and ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Experience with cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
