Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and cost estimation, particularly with expertise in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop architectural designs, schematics, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
  

• Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to accurately estimate material, labour, and equipment costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets and specifications.
  

• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety regulations.
  

• Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools to create 2D/3D models, elevations, and sections.
  

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and quantity surveyors to mitigate risks and optimize resource allocation.
  

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client approvals, regulatory submissions, and internal reviews.
  

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the architecture department.
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a mid-level role.
  

• Proven knowledge and experience in preparing and interpreting Bills of Quantities (BOQ), with familiarity in quantity take-off and cost analysis.
  

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex design and budgeting challenges.
  

• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Experience in mid-scale projects (e.g., commercial buildings, residential complexes, or renovations).
  

• Knowledge of sustainable architecture and digital fabrication techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
