8+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Java development.
3+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering management.
Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification (optional but preferred).
