We sign up with owners to manage their properties, rent we will transfer, security Deposit we will transfer, Demand Generation we will take care. We will arrange visits to tenants, move ins, move out will be taken care of by us. - Maintaining a relationship with existing Property Owners (Residential) & Tenants.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Able to handle client relationships & closing the business deal.
- Able to work in a target driven environment.
- Should handle renting out properties across Bangalore.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of sales experience in property management, real estate, or facility management services is an added advantage.
- Strong network within the real estate/property industry is desirable.
