Job Overview:The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers

Key Stakeholders: InternalMarketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales Development

Key Stakeholders: ExternalRetailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, Key Accounts customers

Reporting Structure:Will report to Sales Officer

Experience:â€¢ 2-3 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry preferred in channel management

â€¢ Product understanding

â€¢ Negotiation

â€¢ Good local geographical Knowledge

â€¢ Local Language fluency

â€¢ Distributor Management

â€¢ Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme
