Job Summary


We are hiring a

National Sales Manager – Cosmetics & Makeup to lead our beauty division’s sales operations, appoint distributors, and drive retail expansion. The ideal candidate will bring experience in cosmetics/beauty sales, brand building, and modern trade, with the ability to grow the brand across regions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive sales and market penetration of cosmetics & makeup products nationwide.
  • Appoint and manage distributors/stockists in beauty & personal care channels.
  • Ensure product visibility in salons, beauty stores, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Execute trade promotions, beauty campaigns, and influencer-led activations.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and beauty consultants.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and share regular insights with management.


Requirements


  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care sales.
  • Strong distributor handling, retail expansion, and channel development skills.
  • Knowledge of salon distribution, beauty advisors network, and modern trade.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market development.
