Location: Changodar
- Perform assembly of bearing components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate manual and semi-automatic machines used in bearing assembly.
- Inspect components visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards.
- Handle tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices at the workstation.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment or quality issues immediately.
- Meet daily/weekly production targets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean practices).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly work.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Attention to detail and quality-conscious.
- Good hand–eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Ability to work in a team and follow supervisor’s instructions.
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or ITI (Fitter/Turner/Mechanic preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in assembly line work (preferably in bearings / auto components / precision manufacturing).
- Freshers with ITI/technical background can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
