- Prepare ingredients, measure and mix as per recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Support in decorating and packaging baked goods
- Ensure quality and consistency in every product
- Prior experience in baking (preferred but not mandatory – training will be provided)
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good time management
- Immediate joiners preferred
