Assistant Business Manager for our Cherthala branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales and operational activities of the assigned zone, ensuring business growth, customer satisfaction, and efficient team performance.- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned zone.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop customer acquisition plans.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Ensure excellent customer service and manage client relationships professionally.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including documentation, collections, and reporting.
- Coordinate with head office and ensure smooth functioning of all branch-related activities.
- Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two (+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and team handling, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory: Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as per business needs.
- Good knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
