Assistant Doctor SOP
Purpose:
To outline the responsibilities and procedures for an Assistant Doctor in an Ayurvedic clinic, with a focus on promoting Panchakarma treatments to patients.
Scope:
This SOP applies to all Assistant Doctors working in [SKINHEAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD].
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients warmly and provide a comfortable environment.
- Listen attentively to patients' concerns and provide empathetic support.
2. Panchakarma Promotion:
- Educate patients about the benefits of Panchakarma treatments.
- Identify suitable patients for Panchakarma and convince them to undergo treatment.
- Target: Convince at least 10 patients per month to undergo Panchakarma treatment.
3. Treatment Assistance:
- Assist the primary Ayurvedic doctor in administering Panchakarma treatments.
- Ensure patients' safety and comfort during treatment.
Procedures:
1. Patient Counseling:
- Counsel patients on the benefits of Panchakarma, including detoxification, stress relief, and overall well-being.
- Address patients' concerns and queries about Panchakarma.
2. Treatment Planning:
- Collaborate with the primary Ayurvedic doctor to develop treatment plans for patients undergoing Panchakarma.
- Ensure treatment plans are tailored to individual patient needs.
3. Follow-up:
- Follow up with patients who have undergone Panchakarma treatment to assess their progress and provide ongoing support.
Performance Metrics:
1. Number of Patients Convinced: Convince at least 10 patients per month to undergo Panchakarma treatment.
2. Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high patient satisfaction rates through excellent customer service and treatment outcomes.
Quality Control:
1. Patient Safety: Prioritize patient safety and well-being during Panchakarma treatment.
2. Treatment Efficacy: Ensure Panchakarma treatments are administered effectively and efficiently.
