The position is primarily responsible for driving all B2C and B2B marketing initiatives of the channel to maximize the channel’s reach growth and generate positive, impactful conversation for its content. To deliver the target market share/revenues/GRPs for the channel by ensuring seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.
About the team:The channel marketing team is responsible for driving viewer engagement and promoting the Colors Kannada channel's brand across multiple platforms. The team creates and executes marketing plans, such as campaigns for show launches, brand partnerships, and audience reach. They collaborate closely with the programming, creative communications, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach. With a focus on regional markets and audience preferences, the team creates targeted promotions, media planning with ATL and marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation, and digital strategies that enhance the channel's visibility. Their work assures a strong brand presence and fosters audience loyalty in a competitive market.
