About the Company:

All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) is the apex body representing India’s rubber industry. AIRIA organizes the prestigious India Rubber Expo (IRE), Asia’s largest rubber exhibition, bringing together global leaders, innovators, and stakeholders of the rubber sector.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our team for IRE 2026. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing exhibitor/client relations, creating marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of event-related promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive exhibitor and delegate sales for India Rubber Expo (IRE 2026).
  
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, and social media) to maximize participation.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and event reach.
  
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing pre-event and on-ground marketing initiatives.
  
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners for effective campaign execution.
  
• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event management (experience in exhibitions/events preferred).
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  
• Team player with leadership qualities and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹298,571.39 - ₹460,998.73 per year
