We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Medical Equipment Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of medical devices. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, timely resolution of technical issues, and excellent customer satisfaction.- Manage day-to-day service operations for medical equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate the service team, including technicians and engineers.
- Ensure timely installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical devices.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to technical problems.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation for all equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service/maintenance of medical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards for medical equipment.
