Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership & Business Development:


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue targets.


Lead and motivate a team of 2-3 sales representatives to meet individual and team goals.


Identify and approach potential members, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.


Promote and sell additional club services, events, and benefits. Work closely with the


marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities


Customer Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing club members.


Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance the member experience.


Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications & Skills Required:


Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).


2 years of more experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, clubs, lifestyle memberships


or luxury sales.


Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
