Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage business
development activities by engaging with architects for project specifications and developing a
strong dealer/distributor network to drive sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in
connecting product specification to execution through effective channel and influencer
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement with Architects:
ï‚· Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and
consultants.
ï‚· Promote and present products for inclusion in upcoming residential, commercial, or
infrastructure projects.
ï‚· Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect and Dealer
community.
ï‚· Track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channel
partners.
Dealer/Channel Management:
ï‚· Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
ï‚· Manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration.
ï‚· Support dealers with marketing materials, schemes, training, and inventory planning.
ï‚· Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
General Sales & Reporting:
ï‚· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels.
ï‚· Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) for smooth operations.
ï‚· Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity.
ï‚· Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in building
materials or interior solutions.
ï‚· Proven experience in working with both influencers (architects) and dealer/channel
partners.
ï‚· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
ï‚· Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
ï‚· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
