- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Provide guidance on pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Coordinate and arrange test drives for potential customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads for conversions.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of vehicles in the showroom.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and showroom standards.
