What You Will Own

The role of the Associate Manager Partner Support Marketing at Tally Education, you’ll play a central role in crafting, executing, and measuring partner-led campaigns. Your mission is to empower and enable our educational partners—such as institutions, distributors networks—by providing the content, tools, and strategic guidance needed to market Tally Education’s offerings effectively.


You’ll serve as a bridge between internal marketing teams and partners, ensuring that every co-branded initiative from engaging content to measurable impact.


Experience You Should Bring
  • Graduate degree (domain-specific), PG, MBA, or similar qualification.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and dashboard/report creation
  • Proven experience in operational marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or product marketing.
  • Should have good understanding of the marketing practices in the Education Domain
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • General marketing knowledge that includes a basic understanding of different functionalities �analytics, brand, partner, data management
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
  • Budget Management
  • Familiarity with CRM / LMS systems.
  • Partner handling Vendor Management, Time Management
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple projects efficiently
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced creative environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Marketing MIS & Data Management


  • Oversee the Marketing Information System: gather, store, analyze, and distribute data to support informed decision‑making.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs, spot trends, and inform strategy.


Partner Co‑Marketing & Field Marketing


  • Create co‑branded assets (emails, brochures, social posts, webinar materials) for partner campaigns.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint content and campaigns that reinforce shared messaging.


Event Planning & Execution


  • Own end‑to‑end event delivery: plan logistics, budget, vendors/venues/speakers, promotions, registration, onsite management, and post‑event reporting.


Collateral & Asset Management


  • Maintain a centralized, version‑controlled repository of all marketing assets�print, digital, and co‑branded materials�for easy internal access.


Campaign Planning & Lead Management


  • Manage marketing automation, CRM/LMS systems, and email platforms to execute campaigns, handle inbound responses, and nurture leads.
  • Track, qualify, nurture, and distribute inbound leads to the appropriate internal stakeholders.


Marketing MIS Operations & Collaboration


  • Oversee daily marketing operations: monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure workflow continuity.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date repositories of all marketing collateral, including digital campaigns and event materials.
