Key Responsibilities:


  • Transaction Execution: Support end-to-end deal execution for equity and debt mandates � support in drafting investment memos, pitch decks, teasers, financial models, and term sheets.
  • Client Engagement: Support in liaising with clients (entrepreneurs, NBFCs, MSMEs, impact enterprises) to gather data, understand capital requirements, and help structure fundraising strategies
  • Investor Outreach: Assist in identifying and connecting with relevant investors/lenders; prepare tailored materials for investor discussions.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Build and review financial models, perform historical analysis, projections, valuation (DCF, comparables), and debt structuring scenarios
  • Sector & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on focus sectors (Financial Services, Healthcare, Climate, & manufacturing); create industry landscapes and benchmarking analysis.
  • Due Diligence & Compliance: Support due diligence processes (business, financial, ESG); ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are met.


Qualifications & Experience Requirements


  • MBA (Finance) / CFA (or progress towards CFA)
  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, credit rating, equity


research, or corporate finance

  • Strong grasp of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment structuring (both debt and equity)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling), PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills�both written and verbal�with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Prior experience in impact sectors, development finance, or NBFCs is a strong plus

  • Round 1 � Business Interview (Functional & technical discussion)
  • Round 2 � Business Interview (Case study assessment to evaluate problem-solving skills)
  • Round 3 � HR Interview (Final assessment of role fitment & cultural alignment)
