Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Duro Comfort & Duro Gel business in the territory and increasing product penetration, coverage and raise market share.
2. Person have territory knowledge western region Mumbai / Gujarat.
3. Person should have minimum 3+ years experience in fabrication industry, artificial flooring / mats/mattress/ wall paper.
4. Good repo with distributors in said territory. Good knowledge of channel sales.
5. Appointment and development of distributors in an active and profitable manner.
6. Ensure implementation of guidelines of distributor as per assessment tool.
