- Any experience of pharma / Freshers from Pharma background preferred
- Willingness to travel across assigned stores
- Comfortable with audit documentation
- Basic communication & reporting skills
- Product knowledge in both Pharma & FMCG
- Must be capable of conducting Cycle, Partial & Full Store Audits � mostly in night shifts
- Comfortable with manual and ERP-based audits (Ecogreen preferred)
- Should know sales process, customer handling, and basic store SOPs
- Must be disciplined, alert, groomed, and vigilant
- Needs strong problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills
- Expected to follow company processes strictly and independently, with ownership mindset
