1. Opening stock of the branch to be taken and verified
2. Item-wise quantity, batch, manufacturing – checking
3. System stock to be assessed through printout and verified with opening stock
4. Last day wastages, variances, damages, and liquid damages to be verified with Branch Manager’s report
5. Petty cash, sales, and miscellaneous excess/shortage to be verified and understood
6. Assess one week damages, wastages, and liquid damages to conclude operational functions
7. Check welcome sweets quantity and customer bills of the branch
8. Check hygiene standards of the branch and advise corrections if needed
9. Follow SOP of the OES and ensure routine activity of the day
10. Check grooming and appearance of staff during customer welcoming process and advise BM if correction is needed
