We are seeking a skilled Autoclave Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining autoclaves used in our manufacturing process. Autoclaves are critical for sterilizing equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate autoclaves to sterilize equipment, tools, and materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor autoclave operations to ensure proper functioning and adherence to temperature, pressure, and cycle time specifications.
- Load and unload materials and equipment into autoclaves safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of autoclaves to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of autoclave operations, including cycle logs and maintenance records.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an autoclave operator or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of autoclave operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
