The Role

In this position, this multifaceted leadership role is responsible for architecting automation solutions, driving DevOps culture and processes, and overseeing technical software development. The position integrates strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and agile solutions, ensuring optimized deployment, collaboration, and automation across projects. Adaptable to technologies to understand the need and able to contribute in building solutions for automation

Role Responsibilities

• Automation Architecture & Solution Design
  
• Architect, develop, and implement scalable automation frameworks and strategies. Select, integrate, and optimize automation tools and technologies (e.g. Selenium, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Assess business processes for automation opportunities and lead automation initiatives.
  
• DevOps Leadership
  
• Lead the creation, optimization, and management of CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and projects. Oversee system deployment, monitoring, configuration management, and infrastructure reliability for cloud and on-premises environments. Implement DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous integration, and fast, secure releases. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of development and production systems.
  
• Software Development Leadership
  
• Oversee all aspects of software development, including architecture, design reviews, coding standards, and testing. Mentor and guide developers, encouraging best practices in agile and lean methodologies. Promote technical excellence, code quality, and innovation within development teams.
  
• Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. - Drive process improvement, training, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  

Key Competencies and Qualifications required

• Proficiency with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, infrastructure as code, and scripting (Python, Shell, Java, etc.).
  
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; excellent problem Solving and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with relevant certifications preferred.
  
• Proven track record in architecting and deploying enterprise automation and DevOps solutions.
  
• Architect and implement enterprise-wide automation solutions and CI/CD architectures.
  
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through technical project execution, reviews, and continuous improvement.
  
• Champion DevOps and agile culture, driving efficient, reliable, and secure software delivery.
  
• Lead teams in piloting, scaling, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and solution
