The Branch Coordinator ensures smooth coordination of academic and administrative tasks ,enhancing faculty productivity, student satisfaction, and operational efficiency while aligning with the institute's core values of Integrity, Student-Centric Focus, Innovation, and Unity.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage batch scheduling, faculty assignments, and LMS updates.
  • Handle student and parent concerns, course completions, and certifications.
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory, labs, and fee collection.
  • Facilitate placement activities and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with staff and report to management.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.


Education and Work Experience Requirements:


  • Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent
  • Experience: Freshers or 1+ year experience in academic coordination or similar roles.
  • Female Candidate Required


Additional Requirements:


  • Skills: Strong communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving, team player and proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS
