We are a UK-based construction company seeking a Tender Process Coordinator with 1-2 year of experience to join our growing India operations. This is a full-time office-based position (non-site) offering exposure to international projects and a structured environment for professional growth.


Need candidate with strong English Communication skills - good in speaking, reading and writing and has basic someone who can speak Fluent English and has basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.


Job Role – Tender Process Coordinator Role


Overview: The Tender Process Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of tender information from receipt through to distribution, ensuring the Estimating Team has access to accurate and up-to-date documents. This includes logging all relevant data on the live tender schedule, maintaining folder structures, and tracking changes or addenda issued throughout the tender period.


Key Responsibilities:


â— Log all new tenders received for pricing onto the live tender schedule promptly and accurately.


â— Download and save all tender documentation to the relevant server locations, maintaining consistent naming conventions and structure.


â— Distribute tender packages and updates to the relevant Estimating Team members in a timely manner.


â— Track and log all changes, addenda, and updates received during the tender period, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.


â— Update the tender schedule with feedback from the Estimating Team, including notes on status, deadlines, and key issues.


â— Support the Estimating Team with document control and information management throughout the pre-construction phase.


â— Maintain a clear audit trail of documents and correspondence for each tender.

â— Confident using Microsoft Excel, file management systems, and cloud-based platforms.


â— Excellent communication and coordination skills.


â— Proactive and capable of managing own workload to meet deadlines.


â— Familiarity with construction tendering processes or document control is a plus.

Timings - 1 pm to 9.30 pm

Location - Chakala, Andheri East.
