The Back Office Assistant will work closely with the Support Coordinator to handle various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing customer inquiries, Online KYC updating, drafting mails.
Assist the Support Coordinator in managing daily tasks and operations.
Answer customer calls and inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
Provide general back-office support, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Ensure smooth communication between the support team and other departments.
Record the movement of inward and outward materials in Excel sheets.
Age Limit : 25 Years Max
