Job Title: Back Office Executive – Real Estate
Location: Jaipur (Preference for Jaipur-based candidates)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Back Office Operations (Real Estate Industry preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our real estate operations. The role requires handling day-to-day back-office activities, documentation, data management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records, databases, and client files.
Handle property documentation, agreements, and reports.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal teams.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and other operational data.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of back-office tasks.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in back-office operations (Real Estate preferred).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
