Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and real‑time data pipelines while ensuring high performance, low latency, and robustness.
  
• Integrate with external systems (e.g. payments, data providers) securely and efficiently.
  
• Ensure the backend architecture supports scalability, high availability, and strong security practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, product) in an Agile workflow.
  
• Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines; write clean, testable, maintainable code.
  
• Monitor, debug, and improve existing services, paying attention to performance bottlenecks, reliability, and resilience.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience working in backend development.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python/Django, Golang, and/or Node.js.
  
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Redis).
  
• Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservice architectures, WebSocket or real‑time communication, and security best practices.
  
• Familiarity with NGINX — configuring it as a web server / reverse proxy / load balancer, optimizing NGINX performance, handling SSL termination, routing, virtual hosts etc.
  

• Background in fintech, payments, or trading systems.
  
• Experience with distributed systems, high‑frequency trading (HFT), or very low‑latency systems.
  
• Familiarity with performance optimization, caching strategies, and resiliency engineering.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
